[T]he government’s interest in veterans cases is not that it shall win, but rather that justice shall be done, that all veterans so entitled receive the benefits due to them.” Barrett v. Nicholson, 466 F.3d 1038, 1044 (Fed.Cir.2006)
I am an Air Force Vietnam veteran who worked and flew on c123s during my time in Vietnam(. I have had colon cancer and had part of my Colon removed. I also had my Prostate removed and now have tumors in my Bladder. The VA only recognizes the Prostate Cancer as presumptive ,but both the AMA and IMA state that any cancer from the Throat to the anus was a result of dioxin exposer ! I am sure this residue permiated these aircraft ! This coverup by the VA is a travesty.
