We do not argue any of the claims put forth by the Blue Water Navy, but only point out here that substantial, and perhaps even more convincing proof has been advanced by C-123 veterans who are also deserving of a fair hearing from the VA. The sailors might have had more such proofs if their ships had undergone the kinds of examinations as our airplanes had. I also believe that if the body of proof such as we have presented is still inadequate to sway both the VA and the IOM, there is no way Blue Water Navy would have succeeded in gaining presumed-connection status....
their barriers against us are just too high!
