Former CNO Admiral Elmo Zumwalt was tasked by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to look into the Agent Orange mess, and his report (click to download) must have been a bit challenging because it was quickly classified "Confidential" and not freely available.It has recently been re-discovered and distributed among Vietnam Veterans of America and other circles...and included here if you haven't had the chance to read this intriguing document before now.
