Last week, VVA President John Rowan presented the association's 2014 Legislative Agenda and Policy Initiatives. Besides addressingessential VA funding reforms and a forward-looking initiative on exposures, President Rowan reminded Congress of the VVA's famous, "No Veteran Left Behind" pledge.
This pledge took the form of President Rowan's testimony including C-123 military herbicide exposures in the post-Vietnam era. He reported:
